Zucchini pie with meatballs

This is one of the best ways to make zucchini. An easy-to-cook dish combines both lightness and satiety.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 3 pcs.;
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.;
  • wheat flour - 200 g;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • baking powder for dough - 1 tsp;
  • minced chicken - 150 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • spices to taste;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • breadcrumbs.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the zucchini thoroughly and grate. Add baking powder, egg and salt to vegetables to taste. Mix thoroughly, adding flour a little.
  2. Add half the grated cheese to the dough.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the minced meat and finely chopped onions. The latter is also allowed to grind with a blender - this will result in a more uniform structure. Salt and form meatballs with a diameter of 2 cm.
  4. Prepare a baking dish - grease the bottom and edges with oil and sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs.
  5. Lay out the dough and gently move the meatballs into it at an equal distance from each other.
  6. Bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes. 12-15 minutes before ready to sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.

Onion cake "Cipollino"

Surprisingly, this extremely extraordinary dish will not only surprise the participants of the feast, but also delight everyone with an excellent taste.

Ingredients:

  • green onions - 2 bunches;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • ground beef - 200 g;
  • salt to taste;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • whey or low-fat kefir - 1 cup;
  • semolina 0.5 cups;
  • wheat flour 0.5 cups;
  • mayonnaise, ketchup, sour cream, mustard, tkemali sauce - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Wash and finely chop the onion together with the white portion. The result should be about one and a half glasses of green mass.
  2. Pour whey or kefir into a separate bowl. Drive two eggs into it, salt and beat thoroughly.
  3. Pour the resulting mixture into the minced meat and mix with semolina. Leave on for 10 minutes and then introduce the flour.
  4. In the workpiece add hard cheese, grated on a coarse grater and finish with green onions.
  5. Put the mass on a greased baking sheet or culinary form. Bake the dough for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C.
  6. Cool. Cut “cakes” from the finished cake using a special recess or a glass. Serve hot with the sauce of your choice.

Baked slices of tomatoes

A spicy appetizer was called an ulterior motive - as soon as you put these delicious slices on the table, they immediately begin to "fly apart" on plates.

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes - 5 pcs.;
  • chicken liver - 150 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • champignons - 100 gr;
  • curry, nutmeg, coriander - to taste;
  • greens;
  • hard cheese - 80 g;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking:

  1. Wash tomatoes. Make small cross-shaped incisions and pour over boiling water to remove the skin. Cut into four equal parts and remove the core.
  2. Cut the liver into small cubes and mix with half the chopped onion and grated carrots. Fry the mixture lightly with added butter for 3 minutes. As you prepare, introduce spices and salt to taste.
  3. In a second pan, fry chopped mushrooms and the remaining half of the onion. Cool and add the grated cheese.
  4. Lightly grease the tomato blanks with mayonnaise and carefully lay out two types of filling in equal proportions.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven for no more than 10 minutes at a temperature of 200 °.

Savory Beetroot Appetizer

Ingredients:

  • beets - 600 g;
  • yogurt - 200 ml;
  • horseradish - 1 tbsp. l .;

Cooking:

  1. Rinse beets thoroughly, cook and cool. Then peel and grate.
